The holistic movement is discipline psychophysical integration for body-mind unity. This technique aims to recover the skeletal structure, understood as the center column of energy, elongation of the posterior muscles and deep ones, the perception of body weight and the "grounding" (to ground) to find the correct posture, center of gravity, the physical and mental relaxation and integrity of the individual.
