Famous Poems About The Holocaust

Dr. Marco Trevisan introduces Ericksonian Hypnosis.

... And in a state of trance you can let your unconscious mind browse the vast repository of things you have learned in the course of your life. There are many things you have learned unknowingly. And many of the skills that are important to consciously slipped into your unconscious mind ... "
" Within us, we possess all the resources we need to address our developmental challenges. "
Milton H. Erickson

Who I am and what I do:

After graduating in Science and Psychological Techniques at the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2006 and have subsequently obtained a degree in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology, I became interested in clinical hypnosis, Ericksonian psychotherapy and, in particular.
After obtaining a license to practice as a psychologist, I entered graduate school in psychotherapy SEPI (European School of Hypnotic Psychotherapy), a branch of AMIS (Italian Medical Association for the Study of Hypnosis), where I still continue my path training. The model I am referring to is the neo-Erickson, which D. Meggle describes in brief psychotherapy with these words:

"For His inclination to experiment (but only in the laboratory!) and the importance attributed to the therapy [neo] Ericksonian approaches to behavioral treatments.
For his guidance on the quality of information processing (difference between the conscious and unconscious), it evokes the cognitive therapies.
For his work on mental associations, the symbols and the unconscious psychic attention economy, is under the current psychoanalytic.
Finally, his face more interest to the personal growth that its deficiencies, can be considered a humanist therapy. "

currently work in different areas of mental health, both public offering and the private special agreement. Collaborate with the firm "Acacia" as a psychologist.

Dream and personality

Dream is a fascinating phenomenon: think of the power of premonition that he has been assigned, or the habit of playing the lottery in accordance with a code that translates the dream number. Just think of how you feel when you wake up from a particularly intense dream, sometimes it happens to bring this feeling in the waking state, during our day, even for a few hours.
From the dream frightens children, when the ability to distinguish the real from the imaginary is not yet well established, but some frightening dreams even adults, who are well aware only a matter of great activity, which has nothing real.
What happens in the dream?
From a scientific point of view, there are several theories, however, difficult to validate (as in mind all those aspects of brain activity that require complex, involving multiple areas and structures). Among these, there is a theory that the dream activity serves to consolidate the memory in accordance with principles 'economic', ie keeping certain memories and eliminating redundant. There are indeed experimental evidence that the dream is associated with the consolidation of memory traces.
Psychoanalysis claims that the dream is a place where it can express the unconscious, however, masked and altered by the removal.
If the concept of the unconscious to replace 'parts not aware' of themselves, then we can consider the dream as a phenomenon with different functions and not yet completely understood, in which they express different aspects of our personality, some more familiar, of which we are aware, others decidedly not aware. According to a gestalt reading of the dream, all the relevant facts in which it appears is a part of the personality. For major element of the dream, I mean everything that we remember how important, not only people but also places and things that we remember as significant.
Person in Latin means mask, the image of us that we have, we are familiar with and recognize, is that we have decided to be acceptable and understandable, but there are other parts of our personality, which was considered unacceptable and 'censored ',' dark '. According to the underlying theory of gestalt therapy, are expressed in the dream, disguised, these parts of the personality.
This is the approach that is used in transactional analysis, so the dream becomes an important source of information about us, just for starters. By proceeding with this type of reading, the dream is an opportunity to go and touch, to plunge in those parts of ourselves that we usually ignore, leave 'in the dark'. For those people who are making a journey of self discovery, is a valuable resource.
According to transactional analysis, identifying the different parts of the dream, we can 'revive' the part of us, reactivating certain ego states, or a full phenomenological experience of a moment of our lives actually lived, which expresses a certain mode of existence, full of thoughts, feelings, and mode of action.
The first step is to identify the important parts of my dream, and then identified in each of them to hear, see and imagine that state to act in the ego.
Proprio perché ritengo il sogno affascinante in quanto fenomeno ed in quanto strumento, desidero aggiungere che i sogni non sempre vanno compresi; se è vero che in alcuni casi decodificarli è utile ed interessante, il sogno è fondamentalmente un fenomeno psichico che beyond the control of conscious and voluntary, and as such we can not claim to understand and 'rationalized'. If by contradiction we could do it, probably not dream anymore. Rather, it is sometimes useful to pay attention and explore them, and this is especially true when we face a journey of discovery and change themselves.
