Requirements:
-Degree (five years course) in Biological Sciences
-Admitted to the profession of biologist-

- Identify food and energy needs of the individual and / or group of individuals

- Formula un regime/piano nutrizionale coerente alle esigenze rilevate e alle indicazioni mediche
- Verifica e Monitora l’andamento e gli effetti del regime/piano nutrizionale
- Organizza piani di educazione alimentare: predispone materiali informativi sulla corretta alimentazione, organizza e conduce incontri educativi di informazione sulla corretta alimentazione
- Valuta la composizione chimica degli alimenti e le loro caratteristiche nutrizionali ed energetiche
- In ambito di sicurezza alimentare: valuta e analizza l’aspetto igienico-sanitario degli alimenti, a livello di produzione, conservazione e distribuzione, valuta le caratteristiche nutrizionali ed energetiche in the presence of changes in production processes or storage. The Biologist
